Biography
My name is Jan E. Farris Whitaker. I am originally from the small town
of Holly Louisiana. I now reside in Bossier City, Louisiana. I am the
4th child of eight siblings. I have four sons.
I am a graduate of Grambling State University where I earned a Bachelors
of Science degree in Elementary Education, Masters of Social work and
a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice.
I am a former School teacher, social worker, and currently am now
a business owner. I enjoy reading, walking, and singing for the
glory of God. I also enjoy playing basketball in my spare time.
My life’s focus is “God” and helping others. I
especially enjoy working with children and the elderly. |
